eat-no-more: The Japanese Banana Diet. Eat 1 (or how ever you want) Banana for breakfast and room temperature water. Lunch and Dinner, eat a nice healthy meal. Don’t endluge on Junk Food. Do not eat after 6 pm if you sleep around 10pm. Do not eat after 8 pm if you sleep around midnight. People claim to have lost over 2 pounds in 5 days.
